Damaged Items
- Upon delivery, inspect all packages for damages, if you receive a damaged item:
1) Make a note of the damage on the shippers receipt.
2) Notify the shipping company.
3) File a damage claim form.
It's the customer's responsibility to report any damages / shortages within
48 hours of recieving merchandise. No claims accepted after 48 hours.
Return / Refund Policy
- All returns must call for an RGA (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ) No returns wiil be accepted
without authorization. RGA # to be written on package and lable with the name merchandise was purchased under.
The RGA is valid for 30 days only. After the 30 day time limit, the RGA remain invalid.
- We accept no returns or cancellations on special orders such as custom painted or drilled wheels.
- All returned merchandise must be in new condition
- Absolutely no returns on wheels purchased without tires, once a tire is mounted on rim.
- Wheel / tires installed on vehicle are not returnable.
- Tires must not be driven on
- There are absolutely no returns on used or damaged products
- All returns or cancellations subject to freight and handling charge + 25% of restocking fee or cancellation fee.
1 ) The customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. This policy also applies
to warranty returns.
2) All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 25% (of total invoiced order) cancellation fee. Return
shipping of the product is not refundable.
3) When returning wheels for credit, a $100 restocking fee will be charged to your account. This policy also
applies to shipments that are refused and returned.
Customers Returning Merchandise
- Must fully insure Merchandise.
- Write return authorization # on package + label.
- Properly pack merchandise (It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the wheels are packaged correctly
and protected from being damaged.)
Note: We are unable to give any credit on damage to wheels due to improper packaging.
Return Packing Checklist
Please follow the return checklist to ensure that no shipping damage occurs.
-Wheels
* Secure center cap and lug nuts/bolts in separate bags and tape securely to inside of wheel.
* Wheel must have a foam sheet pad protecting the face of the wheel from cardboard chafing.
* Wheel must be secured and well protected in the box.
Any Styrofoam packing material received with the shipment must be reused in the same way.
* Remove any staples that are not fully closed from the box.
-Tires
* each tire must be labeled with Sopiledcars address as well as your own address.
* Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the label.
* Tires can not be returned after they have been mounted
-Wheel & Tires Package
* When possible, use original packaging material.
* Original packaging consists of:
- Three cardboard layers (two for the face of the wheel and one for the backside of the wheel).
- Foam or bubble rap layers are required to protect the face of the wheel from cardboard chafing.
- Padded envelope containing any lug hardware.
* The tire/wheel package must be repackaged in the same fashion
as when they were originally received.
* If nylon banding is unavailable, a high-strength tape may be substituted
to hold cardboard and foam securely on the tire/wheel package.
Return Packing Checklist
- ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON CHROME PLATED WHEELS.
- NO WARRANTY ON GOLD PLATED WHEELS.
- FOR ALL WARRANTIES OR ADJUSTMENTS CUSTOMER
PAYS SHIPPING & HANDLING BOTH WAYS.
- ALL MERCHANDISE CARRY THE STANDARD MANUFACTURES WARRANTY.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABLITTY OR FITMENT FOR ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, BEYOND THE STANDARD MANUFACTURES WARRANTY.
